How long does it take to get the website completed?
It really depends on how quickly or slowly you want to take it. We will complete the first set of design mock ups for you to look over within a couple of days and then you will provide feedback to us on what you like and don't like about it. We then produce some more drafts for you etc. With regards to the content for the pages, you can write this using word or in an email and we will populate all of the pages for you with your text.

Is there a "cut off" period for my designer to stop make changes to the site ?

Yes there is. Once you order we will work with you until your site is completed or 3 months whichever is the soonest. We have to draw a line somewhere to make sure that all of our clients get a great service. After this, we can make changes to your site but you will have to pay for that.

I want an auto-responder to collect email addresses and then to mail out a weekly/monthly newsletter, does your package come with this already?
You will need to purchase autoresponder software but we will programme it all into your site as part of the package. Visitors to your site will them be able to key in their name and email address and sign up to your offers. I want audio on my site, can I have that?
Yes you can. You just send us the audio files and we will upload them for you onto your site during the design process.

I still have a day job and it may take me a little while to get all of the content written. Are there are time limitations with this?

As soon as you order you can have up to 3 months to complete your project! We will complete this together at a pace that suits you.

What do you need from the coach to begin the process?

After you have signed up, your very own web designer will email you to get to know about your business and services better. He/she will ask you whether you have any ideas for the design yourself or whether you like the look of any other websites out there on the net. They will ask you what look and feel you want for site, i.e a more corporate feel to it or a more personal feel to the design. We will also provide you access to our databank of web templates for you to take a look at so that you can tell us whether you want to use any of them or pick out certain characteristics about a couple of them. If you have not got a clue whatsoever, just leave it to my team to put a design together for you!

Will I own all of the materials produced on this project?

You own all copyrights to the site and all of the content that you provide.

What are the costs for future changes/updates to the site?

We recommend that you learn to do this yourself but if you want to send us the changes to make we like to cost it on a "per job" basis. This will be in the region of $30 per hour.

Can I make text changes to the website myself?

Yes you can. We will give you step by step instructions to make text changes in your web pages. To facilitate this process we have given FrontPage access to all our clients and they can make changes themselves anytime. You don’t need programming/designing skills other than Microsoft’s FrontPage (it is an editing software for HTML pages) to do this. You can of course use other easy to use editors like:

Do you design ebook covers?

Do you locate images and graphics to put on the website?

Yes - we can do this although we recommend that you provide your own as it is very difficult to know whether some images have copyright restrictions on them. Please check out our terms and conditions for further information on the use of images and copyright during your web design.

I have already purchased a domain name. What do I need to do next to get you to put my design together?

Just sign up by clicking here and once you have ordered we will set up your hosting for your domain name. We will then email you right away about starting your web design.

I don't have a domain name or website yet - can you help me?

Sean will help you to select the right name for your business as this is very important and after you have decided which one to go for we will buy that domain for you (it will be in your name and you will own it - we will pay for it though!). We will then set up your hosting for you and then start the design process. All for just £149!

I already have a web site in need of a makeover! Would I be able to transfer it to the services you offer so that you can make it more professional looking?

Yes, that is no problem. We will set all of that up and your designer will talk with you about what look and feel you want for the makeover. We can use your existing content on your current site and copy that over for you if you wish.

How do I protect my work and ideas from being used by other coaches or my ideas being passed on?

I am in the process of studying to become a coach and will finish the course in 3 months time. I would anticipate that my website content would be in progress during this time with content being developed along the way. Can you facilitate this with your offer?

You can take as long as you like. We appreciate that you may have other things going on in your life. Just send your copy through as and when.

How much does it cost for hosting after the 12 months?

The cost to host your site on our reliable servers after the initial free year is just £39 per year. This equates to about $70 per year which is cheaper than 97% of the dedicated web hosting businesses on the market - and they know nothing about coaching and cannot support you like we do. You are free however to take your hosting elsewhere if you wish as you own the site.

What is your cost structure after the years free hosting?

As above, the hosting is £39/$70. If we purchased a domain for you the cost of the domain and renewal together will be just £50/$90 - this includes any technical support with regards to the hosting and domain.

You are free to make as many changes as you like to your site but if you would like us to complete changes and make amendments all we charge is $15 per hour.

This seems to be too good to be true! - how can you do this for just £149?

Our accountants asked us the same! We only make a little bit of profit on a web design project - it's all done at cost to help the new coach out and for us to prove our worth to you. We only make money by hosting your site and by you renewing your hosting with us in year 2. It is only at that point that we make any money at all. This means that it is in our best interests to provide you with the highest levels of service and to add value to your business. There are no catches here whatsoever - all you need to pay in year 2 is £40/$70 and that's it!

Does your company offer support in terms of web content (eg the actual words to us on the website or do you simply offer a design and technical support)?

What back up and help do I get to change things, I liked the idea to be able to change things myself?

You can change as much or as little as you want yourself. If you have got dreamweaver, frontpage or any other html editor you can do it yourself. Our hosting comes with frontpage extensions that allow you to amend and make additions to the content yourself without us. Then again if you have got anything complicated to do like integrating your newsletter or online payment system we will help you with that.

What if I just want to start with a basic sales page with an opt-in (freebie), an auto responder and then later I want to add on other pages?

We will design the site as per your instructions. If you could let us know when you would be looking to add the pages we will allocate some time for this. This can't be open ended though and would appreciate it if you could have everything ready within 3 months of ordering.

I'd like a .com.au or.nz domain - do you offer these as part of the package?

Sorry, no. We only offer .com, .net and .co.uk domains as part of the free domain offer. You will still get free hosting no matter what domain you use however.

Have you completed any sites for coaches in any other countries other than the US and UK?

Yes! We have completed sites for coaches from 21 different countries including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Fiji, France, Germany, Egypt, South Africa and Russia!

Have you completed sites in any foreign languages?

Yes we have. We have completed some sites in French, Spanish and German. All you need to do is send us your copy in your chosen language and tell us where to put it. These sites normally have 2 versions too - English and the other language so the reader can select their preference.

This is most common in Canadian websites where English and French are spoken.

I dont have newsletters, ecourses, ebooks etc yet. If I want to add them later will it cost extra? or will the site be created so I can do that as and when?

The answer is yes to both! We are completely flexible. If you want something adding to your site at a later date that is not a problem. You also have the facility to do it yourself.

What is your refund policy?

This is quite simple, you can have a refund for whatever reason within the first 30 days of the time you ordered. This is time enough for you to gauge whether you are happy or not. Refunds will not be granted for any reason whatsoever after the 30 day period.

I currently have a domain name but would like a new site that will include online payment options, on line print outs of application forms, private member area with password options.

Yes, we can do all of that for you. It all comes as a part of the service!

How will I know when my domain and hosting is due for renewal?

We will email you when it is due. If you fail to renew on the day the payment is due the domain will be placed in to a "sandbox" by the registrar (not us) for up to 60 days where no-one can renew the domain not even you unless a penalty of $80 is paid. You have been warned so please pay on time! When the domain is finally released (we would not know the exact date but we do keep regular tabs on it) it is in the public domain so could be snapped up in theory.

Can I transfer my domain and hosting after the first year?

Yes, you are free to do this although we would be naturally disappointed because a lot of time and effort will have gone into designing and supporting your site for such a low cost. Our prices and effort reflect our committment into helping the new coach but at the end of the day you are free to do what you like. Having said that there are

some universal rules with regards to transferring domains:

ICANN regulations prohibit transferring a domain name that has been registered or previously transferred within the last 60 days. Our registrar does not allow transfers of domains that are within 10 days of expiration or that have already expired. If your domain name is within 10 days of expiration or has already expired, we recommend that you first renew your domain with us and then transfer it out. When a domain name expires, it enters a 45 day grace period during which it may still be renewed. However, if you renew your domain name during this grace period you may still be prevented from transferring it until the full 45 days have passed. Check with your current registrar regarding their renewal and transfer policies during this grace period. If a domain name is locked at the registry, it is unavailable for transfer. Check with your current registrar to see if your domain is locked. If your domain is already registered here, then it cannot be transferred to us. Some registries restrict the use of profanity in the domain name; this could also restrict a transfer. If your domain is registered as Private it cannot be transferred.
